The Saddle Ranch Chop House in Valencia has reportedly closed down permanently, becoming one of a growing number of local businesses to be shut down due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
After operating outside of the Westfield Valencia Town Center for more than three years, the Saddle Ranch Chop House Valencia location has closed its doors permanently.
Both the interior and exterior dining areas of the restaurant were in the process of being removed, and moving vans could be seen with officials taking items out of the location on Wednesday afternoon.

The Valencia location is no longer listed on the Saddle Ranch website, and phone calls to the restaurant were still playing their temporary closure voicemail message.
The restaurant has been closed down since Los Angeles County closed down outdoor dining for all restaurants in the county of November of last year, having briefly re-opened their outdoor services for several months prior to that.

Saddle Ranch’s Valencia location joins a growing list of Santa Clarita businesses forced to shut down due to the economic fallout caused by recent shutdowns implemented by public health officials as they continue to battle the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Most recently, the Coco’s Bakery in Canyon Country permanently closed its doors. There is no exact count available for how many locations have been forced to close since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 as of Wednesday.
Officials with Saddle Ranch were unavailable for comment as of Wednesday afternoon.
