Three Suspects At Large After Reported Saugus Carjacking

Three suspects wanted in connection to a reported carjacking in Saugus were at large Sunday evening.

Just before 4:50 p.m. Sunday, officials with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station received reports of a carjacking on Haskell Canyon Road in Saugus.

Three suspects flagged down a driver on Bouquet Canyon Road asking for a jumpstart to their vehicle. The three suspects used a semi-automatic handgun on the victim and stole a BMW, according to deputies on scene.

A vehicle related to the carjacking was later found on Falling Star Lane, only a block away from the initial location, and initial reports indicate that the three suspects were seen fleeing in a different vehicle.

The three suspects were still outstanding as of 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

An exact description of the three suspects was not made available as of Sunday evening.
