Motorcyclist Killed After Soledad Canyon Crash In Santa Clarita, Traffic Impacted

A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday after a Soledad Canyon crash.

Around 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, first responders received reports of a traffic collision on Soledad Canyon Road near Bouquet Canyon Road in Santa Clarita, said Deputy Natalie Arriaga, a spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

As a result of the crash, one person was declared dead on arrival according to Sheriff’s officials.

“We are investigating a fatal collision,” Arriaga said.

As of 11 a.m. Soledad Canyon Road is blocked as crews work to investigate the crash, according to officials.
