At least three people were transported to the hospital Friday afternoon after a crash on the 14 Freeway in Canyon Country.
Just after 2:00 p.m. Friday, emergency responders received reports of a traffic collision on the southbound 14 Freeway north of Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country, according to Los Angeles County Fire Public Information Officer Jonathan Matheny.
“A total of three ambulances were requested,” said Matheny.
The condition of the persons injured in the crash was unavailable as of Friday afternoon.
According to California Highway Patrol Incident logs, one of the vehicles involved in the crash contained several children.
The crash blocked the No. 2 and 3 lanes of the southbound 14 Freeway for the duration of the incident, according to Matheny.
