Barbara and Dr. Dorio start off the show by talking with Dr. Kilani about some vaccination news and how seniors handled the vaccination. Dr. Kilani also talks about what she has been doing to help seniors and others in her Palliative care program in Providence Holy Cross. Dr. Kilani talks about the different vaccinations such as the Phizer and Moderna shots and even the Johnson and Johnson one time shot.

Later in the show, Dr. Dorio, Barbara, and Dr. Kilani talk about the serious illnesses that fall into the palliative care area and how Dr. Kilani takes care of her patients.
