Santa Clarita realtor Phil Nordella has taken on a new project titled “The Faces of Santa Clarita,” which has its own website and is set to be shared on his radio show “Real Estate, It’s That Simple” at KHTS.
The Faces of Santa Clarita is a project that highlights the individual stories of people in the Santa Clarita Valley, encouraging anyone to share their interesting tales with their neighbors. The central focus is to bring positive news to the Santa Clarita Valley, encouraging and uplifting to the community.
Nordella encourages anyone to nominate themselves or others to be featured in his project. Three new “faces” are highlighted every Friday at 10 a.m. on his show “Real Estate, It’s That Simple,” on KHTS.
Nordella has been in real estate for nearly 30 years and manages a radio show, podcast, TV commercials and hosts Masterclasses on his website. He began the “Faces of Santa Clarita” project with the idea to spread local stories and interviews from people in the community.
“I started this in the beginning of March, and I’ve met some very cool people with some really interesting lives that they are leading,” Nordella said.
Nordella described everyday real estate advertising as “tiresome and monotonous” which is what inspired him to create a platform for the area to really get to know each other. A new and creative avenue for him to grow closer to the real folks in the area- to “create his own path.”
