A vehicle overturned in a Santa Clarita crash on Lyons Avenue Tuesday leaving one person trapped.
UPDATE (12:45): One person has been transported to a local hospital, according to officials on scene.
Around 12:20 p.m. Tuesday, first responders received reports of a traffic collision on Lyons Avenue near Orchard Village Road by the Starbucks in Newhall, said Chris Thomas, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“A solo vehicle flipped,” Thomas said.

As of 12:30 p.m., one person was reported trapped, and the jaws of life were requested, according to officials on scene.
