A 5 Freeway crash north of Santa Clarita resulted in no injuries after the vehicle flipped nearly 20 times, according to witnesses.
Around 3 p.m. Monday, first responders received reports of a traffic collision on the southbound 5 Freeway north of Lake Hughes Road north of Castaic, said Sean Ferguson, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The call originally went out as a crash with persons reported trapped in the vehicle, Ferguson said.
“No one was trapped,” he said.
The vehicle reportedly flipped nearly 20 times before coming to rest, according to California Highway Patrol logs.
“No one was transported to the hospital via paramedic ambulance,” Ferguson said.
