First responders are responding to a reported shooting north of Santa Clarita Tuesday morning.
UPDATE: (12:13 p.m.): There is no active shooter situation, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
UPDATE: (11:53 a.m.): The Los Angeles County Fire Department has confirmed that a fatal shooting occurred at Fire Station 81 on Tuesday morning. More details are still being gathered.
It is with heavy hearts that the LACoFD confirms that a tragic shooting occurred at approximately 10:55 a.m. today at FS 81 in Agua Dulce. The Dept. is still in the process of gathering additional information & are cooperating with law enf. throughout this ongoing incident. (1/2)

“Deputies from Palmdale and the Santa Clarita Valley in unified command with L.A. County Fire (are) responding to shots fired at L.A. County Fire Station 81,” said Deputy Juanita Navarro with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Information Bureau
Original Story: Just before 11 a.m. Tuesday, first responders received reports of a possible shooting at the 8710 block of Sierra Highway in Agua Dulce, said Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
“We are responding,” Arriaga said.
Firefighters have requested multiple ambulances and a helicopter to respond, according to officials.
