Two Airlifted After Medical Emergency At Vasquez Rocks Near Santa Clarita


Two persons were airlifted to the hospital Wednesday afternoon following a medical emergency at Vasquez Rocks. 

Around 2:30 p.m. first responders received reports of a medical emergency on Escondido Canyon Road in Agua Dulce, said Dispatch Supervisor Charisma Murillo from the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

“Two patients were transported by helicopter 16,” said Murillo.  

The two individuals were affected by heat-related medical emergencies, according to initial reports.
