Two Hospitalized Following Sierra Highway Crash


Two patients were sent to the hospital following a solo-vehicle crash on Sierra Highway near The Old Dirt Road Friday night.

Just before 8:45 p.m. Friday, reports were received of a traffic collision on Sierra Highway near The Old Dirt Road, near The Halfway House in Canyon Country.

“It was a solo-vehicle crash,” said Supervisor Imy Mcbride with the Los Angeles County Fire Department. “No one was trapped in the vehicle, but two were taken to the hospital.”

The conditions of the people involved in the crash were not made public Friday night.

Northbound traffic on Sierra Highway in the area is expected while the collision is handled by a local tow company.
