The Tourney Fire in Valencia broke out Friday afternoon at a hotel near the I-5 Freeway.
Just before 3:15 p.m. Friday, firefighters with the Los Angeles County Fire Department received reports of a commercial structure fire at a hotel on the 27500 block of Wayne Mills Place in Valencia.
“It’s a two story building with smoke showing,” said Marvin Lim with the Los Angeles County Fire Department. “One unit is well-involved.”

Later dubbed the Tourney Fire due to its proximity to Tourney Road, the blaze was knocked down within 15 minutes of it being reported, Lim added.
No injuries were reported in connection with the Tourney Fire.
