Budweiser To Film Commercial On Main Street In Newhall

Budweiser is set to film a commercial at Placerita Liquor on Main Street in Newhall on Wednesday, affecting parking in the surrounding area. 

Filming is expected to take place for one day, from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6, including scenes taking place inside Placerita Liquor with interior dialogue as well as controlled flame effects and atmosphere smoke. The store is scheduled to be closed to the public.  

According to the Santa Clarita Film Office, cast and crew vehicles will be stationed at the parking lot near 6th and Main Streets on the 24000 block of Main Street during filming, with working trucks in posted areas.

This has prompted parking to be prohibited during filming in various locations, including on the east side of Main Street and 9th Street, on the south side of 9th Street and Main Street,  on the east side  of Walnut Street and 9th Street,  on the north side of 8th Street and Main Street, and on the north side of 9th Street and Walnut Street.
