Car Crashes Into Saugus Animal Hospital, One Hospitalized

A car reportedly crashed into the Saugus Animal Hospital Wednesday, resulting in one person hospitalized, officials said.

Around 1 p.m. Wednesday, first responders received reports of a traffic collision involving a structure on the 27700 block of Bouquet Canyon Road in Saugus, said Bernard Peters, a dispatch supervisor for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

“The vehicle hit the glass window,” Peters said.

One person was transported to the hospital via private auto, according to officials on scene.

Units have requested Building and Safety to inspect the integrity of the building, according to Peters.
