Two Assaulted Near WaBa Grill In Santa Clarita

Two individuals were reportedly assaulted near a WaBa Grill in Santa Clarita Tuesday afternoon.

Around 1:10 p.m. Tuesday, first responders received reports of an assault near the WaBa Grill on the 19000 block of Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country, said Franklin Lopez, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

“We had two patients involved,” Lopez said.

As of 1:45 p.m., no one has been transported to the hospital, according to Lopez.

The assault is under investigation, and one person has been detained, according to officials on scene.
