Over 100 oxycodone pills and meth were allegedly discovered on a suspect by Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies during a Castaic arrest north of Santa Clarita over the weekend.

On Saturday night, deputies with the SCV Station encountered a Pine Mountain Club man during a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation, according to Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the station.
“As they approached the driver, they saw he had a baggie of narcotics within reach inside the car,” Arriaga said.

On a subsequent search of the car, deputies located over 100 oxycodone pills not prescribed to the suspect, methamphetamine and contraband similar for use of sales of narcotics, according to Arriaga.
34-year-old Nikolaus Seibert, of Pine Mountain Club, was arrested on felony charges for possession of oxycodone for sales and possession of methamphetamine. He was later released on citation.
