On this episode of Eye On The Valley, our host Matt Watson talks with guests Andrew Skinner, Tony Watson, Candace Butera, and Wendy Ruiz. Matt starts off the show by talking with Andrew about his organization, the Triumph Foundation. The Triumph Foundation is a local non-profit in Valencia, that helps kids, adults, and veterans triumph over their spinal cord injuries. Andrew tells his story of how he hurt his spinal cord and was put in a wheelchair, and how his volunteering led him to Triumph Foundation.
In the second hour of Eye On The Valley, our host Matt Watson talks with two facilitators from SCVi’s Little ILEADers program, Wendy and Candace. Matt talks with Wendy and Candace about the new school year and what plans are in store for the students. Later in the second hour, Tony Watson joins the show to talk with Matt and our engineers with another fun segment of “Big T’s Five Minutes of Fame”.
