Additional Santa Clarita Tennis Courts To Open To Public During Summer Months

Through a partnership between the city and the William S. Hart Union High School District, four additional tennis courts are set to be open to the public on the weekdays until the end of July.

At select times on the weekdays, tennis courts located in Canyon, Hart, Valencia, and Saugus High Schools are said to be available to the public according to city officials.

The courts are said to be available at select times throughout the weekdays of July in order to lessen the impact on the tennis courts at city parks.

In addition to the public amenities at Bouquet Canyon, Valencia Glen, Valencia Heritage and Valencia Summit Parks tennis courts are also expected to remain available at these locations.

The new locations the additional courts are set to be available are:

  • Hart High School (24825 Newhall Avenue) — Monday – Friday, 5 to 8 p.m.
  • Valencia High School (27801 Dickason Drive) — Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Saugus High School (21900 Centurion Way) — Monday – Friday, 7 – 11 a.m.
  • Canyon High School (19300 Nadal Street) — Monday – Thursday, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

“Tennis courts at City parks remain open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis during normal park hours,” said city officials.
