One Hospitalized After Santa Clarita Shooting

Deputies are investigating a Santa Clarita shooting which occurred Wednesday evening. 

Around 10:40 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to the 31000 block of Castaic Road in Castaic near the Roadway Inn, after a gunshot victim, said Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. 

“The victim was transported to the hospital by his girlfriend, after unknown dispute with a man in Castaic,” Arriaga said. 

As of Thursday, Sheriff’s investigators are still investigating the shooting and no arrests have been made, according to officials.
