New FivePoint Master-Planned Community Expected In Santa Clarita

A new FivePoint master-planned community of model homes is expected to come to Santa Clarita.

Featuring versatile layouts, indoor and outdoor living spaces as well as personalized features, FivePoint homes are expected to bring versatility into the progressive architecture of the Santa Clarita Valley, according to FivePoint.

The community is expected to implement homes between 720 to 3,402 square feet with up to 4 bedrooms and up to 5.5 bathrooms.

The FivePoint master-planned community is being designed in hand with historic Newhall Ranch origins, while simultaneously incorporating progressive and sustainable concepts for homes and their surroundings.

With these inspirations in mind, FivePoint homes are planned to offer diverse ways to explore the community’s outdoor environment, according to FivePoint.

Outdoor recreational spaces are expected to include parks, amenities for both kids and adults, neighborhood electric vehicle paths, discovery points and trails for hiking and biking- some connected with L.A. County’s Regional Trails Network.

Connectivity is a major objective for the community, so the area rests adjacent to the I-5 and in close proximity to retail, dining and leisure choices. Quick access to the Metrolink and additional freeway also strengthens connectivity,  according to FivePoint.

The new community is expected to correspond with the William S. Hart District for junior high and high schools, while Newhall School District or the Saugus School District is expected to service elementary schools.

“This emerging community springs from the collaborative efforts of FivePoint, City, County and school officials,” read a statement from FivePoint. “Civic organizations and Los Angeles County citizens also contributed to Valencia’s concepts.”

FivePoint is a California-based company that develops master-planned communities in Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Francisco County and is noted for integrating residential, commercial, retail, schools, entertainment venues and recreational elements with civic areas for parks and open space, according to FivePoint.
