Detectives Seek Public’s Help In Identifying Three Santa Clarita Assault Suspects

Detectives with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station are asking for the public’s help identifying three suspects that allegedly assaulted a Circle K employee in April during a robbery.

Around 2:50 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2021, three suspects entered a Circle K in Saugus and physically assaulted a clerk during a robbery, said Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

“Two of the suspects were reported holding a semi-automatic handgun,” Arriaga said.

Another suspect allegedly hit the clerk in the head knocking him to the ground, according to Sheriff’s officials.

Detectives are hoping that Santa Clarita residents can help identify the three robbery and assault suspects.

Anyone with information on who these suspects may be are being encouraged to contact Detective Barretto of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station at 661-255-1121 ext. 5134.

Anonymous tips may also be submitted through “LA Crime Stoppers” at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), or at the website.
