A Canyon Country woman who went missing almost two months ago has been found and reunited with her family, officials said Thursday.
Debbie Phipps was located and reunited with her family, Sheriff’s officials announced Thursday after she was reported missing in February

Phipps went missing on Feb. 7 around 9 a.m., on the 15000 block of Daffodil Avenue in Canyon Country, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit said at the time of the incident.
Phipps was considered to be a critically missing person due to her being diagnosed with Schizophrenia and is bipolar.
