New home ownership opportunities are coming soon to the Santa Clarita Valley, as FivePoint has introduced its “innovative master-planned community” of Valencia through a new interactive website.
The new website features information such as availability and pricing for their upcoming homes, photos of brand new housing models, a map of the new location as well as fun facts about Valencia.
The site also allows Santa Clarita residents to register to ensure timely notification of upcoming housing purchase opportunities and special events. FivePoint anticipates a February opening for the first model homes.
Inspired by its historic Newhall Ranch origins, officials say the new housing complex “harmonizes progressive, sustainable concepts for homes and their surroundings”, which are set to feature diverse ways to explore the community’s outdoor environment.
An estimate of 10,000 of the community’s 15,000 acres are dedicated to open space activities like biking and hiking. Around 275 acres of parks are set to feature diverse amenities for kids and adults.
The new community has also planned for the development of five new elementary schools, one junior high school and one high school. Retail, dining and leisure choices are close to home, and adjacency to the I-5 Freeway puts work centers within easy reach.
This emerging community springs from the collaborative efforts of FivePoint, Los Angeles County and City officials as well as contributions from civic organizations and citizens of the Santa Clarita Valley.
