One Ejected After Canyon Country Crash

One person was ejected from a vehicle after a Canyon Country crash Friday afternoon, officials said.

The crash was reported at about 1:18 p.m. Friday near Soledad Canyon Road and Lost Canyon Road in Canyon Country, according to Marvin Lim, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

“It came in a vehicle versus a parked truck,” Lim said, adding the caller reported the victim was ejected from the vehicle.

At least one person was transported to a local hospital, according to Lim.

A second ambulance was requested to the incident, with a second victim being transported with basic life support (BLS), according to a reporter on scene.

Deputies on scene reported a cat was in the vehicle at the time of the collision and is missing.

As a result of the crash, traffic has been impacted on Soledad Canyon Road near Canyon Country Park.

The conditions of the victims are unknown as of Friday.
