One Hospitalized After Valencia Crash Involving Pedestrian

One person was taken to a nearby hospital following a Valencia crash involving a pedestrian Friday afternoon.

At around 3:42 p.m. Friday, officials with the Los Angeles County Fire Department received reports of a traffic collision in Valencia near the Kohl’s on the 24200 block of Valencia Boulevard.

“The call tag came in as a traffic collision with a pedestrian involved,” said Franklin Lopez with the department.

One person was taken to a nearby hospital in unknown condition as a result of the crash, Lopez added.

The exact cause of the incident was unknown as of Friday afternoon.
